Argos has identified a potential safety issue with the mains power adaptor on the Bush 9″ portable DVD player (Catalogue Number 569/6495).

A manufacturing fault has been identified with the mains power adaptor on the Bush 9″ portable DVD player. The power adaptor in certain circumstances may pose a risk of electric shock.
Please note that there have been no reported customer incidents. However, as a responsible retailer Argos takes customer safety extremely seriously, and are therefore issuing this safety notice as a precautionary measure.

WHAT YOU NEED TO DO

If you have a Bush 9″ portable DVD player (catalogue number 569/6495) please stop using the product IMMEDIATELY, dispose of the power adaptor and register for a replacement.
