16. 18mm Carcase Assembly Example

This video will demonstrate how to assemble the carcase using the push-in CAM barrel and Pin.

Insert the CAM barrel into the relevant hole on the plinth ensuring that the arrow points as shown.

Take the push-in CAM pin and firmly push it all the way in to the ‘edge’ hole, as shown. Remember not to turn the CAM barrel at this point.

Align the panels and push them together, making sure there is no gap between them. Turn the push-in CAM barrel to the 2 o’clock position, in order to the lock the panels together.
