Our clients send us a list of products for which they require fabric samples to be available. Working with the client and their factories we identify which fabric goes with each product, we also obtain fabric compositions for the labelling.
We then order fabric rolls, cut them to the required size for each fabric swatch and label them.
Everything is logged through our bespoke inventory software into our IT system and all stock is allocated a dedicated warehouse picking zone.
Fabric Sample Orders are received either directly from the client, or through their customers on our white label swatch ordering portal, linked to the retailer’s site.
Swatch Orders are then picked and despatched in appropriate packaging, which could be a plain white envelope, or an ornate full colour card wallet.
Our swatch ordering service is accessed by our retail clients; their customers can also order via the retailer websites as a white label service through Click Spares.
Having cut, labelled and despatched over 300,000 Fabric swatches in 2016 to potential customers and into retail showrooms, we think we can confidently say it’s a swatch solution system that works.
You can view examples of our swatch ordering integrations for Asda George or Tesco.
